Remove name on disks

I'm preparing my mother's computer for the estate sale and I have wiped the drive, reformated and was getting ready to reinstalled 95. Her name is embedded on the disks some how and it won't let me change it when reinstalling. It's like the keyboard is disabled when showing the user name. It gives me a message about being legal to reinstall but I don't want her name to be on the computer or disks when they are sold. I found instuctions on how to change it in the registry after installation, but how do I remove it from the disks so they can be sold with the computer?
