I do not have this file on my Windows 98 ver 1 system.
You would seem to have two options. Reload the program that has this file or eliminate
it from the location trying to load it. I believe there are several possible locations.
Autoexec.bat - Win.ini - system.ini - registry - Startup Folder - etc. Run your
System File Check (SFC) to check/eliminate it if it on the SFC list. You may get
some other posibilities from the experts.
