I have exactly the same problem!
After running Windows update - also, now in windows explorer, I can only delete or
copy one file at a time. If I attempt to delete more than one file at a time, I get
a page fault in explorer....
Maybe Windows update has a problem ???
Have not been able to fix my problem yet.
