If you have the Windows .cab files on your system,
without rebooting, open the Start "RUN"
Type in
C:\windows\System\SFC.EXE
In the blank box, place a dot in it. (Center of program).
Type in Sol.exe
Also, look to make sure you have the help file for it in
C:\Windows\HELP (that is for the game's use.)
