If you run Setup from within Windows, it asks about the files it is about to replace
that are newer than what it comes with. "Unattended" would mean you have a lot of
upgrades getting over-written, wouldn't it?
You don't say it, so I will: the term "Newly Created" must mean that part of what
happens when that Bat file runs is creating a new folder and copying stuff into it.
I don't think that I'd have chosen quite that phrasing when describing how it works,
but each to his own!
