Hi Kevin,

I realize that this is your 1st time here, however, we really
need more information on what your problem is, when does this happen?   Do you mean 
there is no taskbar ( start button with clock in the other corner?).

If so, it sounds like you may have a virus or adware that
is angry with you.   If you can get that one P.C. online,
you may want to try this online Anti-virus site:

Bit Defender
