Hi Gene,
I am in FLA., time is 3 hrs behind California time, I think you are still here?
In the C:\Program Files\DirectX subfolder, there is a link
to the DirectX (the .exe file found in the system folder).
Open that and in the last pane, you should be able to find
HELP for things, there should also be an Internet Page
there also, (inside the DirectX program.).
Run through the whole thing. Perform test of you connection there.
