There are both new and old copies of various Win 98's to hunt down, but buying a used copy is a gamble that it's got a valid registration number with it. The prices vary a bit more than $10 - 15 = all the way to near-original pricing.

However, for the OM, there are enough improvements in 98SE ("Second Edition" is the official name) to make going to it worthwhile.
