internet explorer error

When ever i go online with internet explorer i always open new windows for new internet
explorer windows, now when i close one it gives me an error saying that they have
encountered a problem and needs to close, and they are sorry for the inconvenience.
Now when i hit don't send on the error report it closes every single internet explorer
how can i fix this? i ran mcaffe, grisoft and ad-aware
