You said, "another pc". Do you mean someone else's computer with a different ISP?
If so it sounds like your ISP's server has been overworked recently. That, or the
server for the page giving the links. My local newspaper's homepage will often not
link to Associated Press stories and gives me that error message. (Particularly
because I use Firefox and that allows me top request that 4 or more stories load
at once.) I just have to click the reload (aka refresh) to start the link again.
