Before formatting it’s advised to go to device manager and write down what type of network card you have, display adapter, sound etc... for this very reason. Now you will have to search by computer model, serial # for drivers. Or open case and eyeball what is installed...and possibly need to search by FC number on the physical hardware. If you’re lucky and can find your computer manual it may tell you the specifics. Or maybe someone else has better idea but I don't know one. herb Written in response to: Now what???
