It is telling you that it can not read the Cabinet file(s) from the CD that are
used to install Windows. It could be because the CD is scratched or dirty, or because
the CD-Rom drive has problems and is getting read errors on its own.
Try cleaning the CD and try again.
If no Joy, try using DOS to copy the Win9x install folder into a folder on the
disk drive with that name. The Windows DOS boot diskette has better error recovery
for CD-Rom read errors than the Setup program, so it might be able to read the "damaged"
CAB file OK. Then run the Setup from the disk drive folder.
If that results in the same errors, then you will have to borrow a copy of the
CD from someone to do the install.
