Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum

everytime i open the internet window it comes up very big and i have to be moving
up and down and to the side so i can see the stuff and thats annoying and im trying
to do something but i cant do it because its hard to do it moving up and down and
to the side......please help i was on vacation and when i came sunday night it was
like that and im trying to fix it but i can please please i would appreciated if
u could help me thanks.
