XP INFO XP CLEANUP

Have you just added some new software? Remove it first of all and see if it will re-boot properly. OR. Try renaming autoexec.bat to autoexec.off and autoexec.bak to autoexec.bat and re-boot. Have you kept a copy of any autoexec.bat file?
