I've been trying to set up an old computer for use as a back up. After working with it for about 10 days, I've gotten it to the point where it actually connects to the server and the home page is laid out. However, it does not stop downloading (or at least bouncing around info). It won't respond to the mouse or keyboard and applying ctrl-alt-del ends up proving the info that it isn't responding. Sometimes multiple pressing of the aforementioned keys shuts it down, but usually it requires manually turning the unit off. Offline many items can be accessed in windows with no problem, but some sites produce the same lockup. Even though Windows 98se is installed trying to get on line thru outlook express results in the message that outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded. Any ideas? John
