Need to get this mess fixed. |thanks for the quick response. |kenb If those are PROGRAMS that have been INSTALLED on D:, any changes that were made to the Registry when they were installed will be obliterated when the new Registry is created with a Windows install. In that case, such programs may not work properly--or at all.
