Yes, I am sorry for the typo. I did mean regedit. My problem is that I use Lavasoft
Adware and System Mechanic and Spybot. Each time I run Adware or System Mechanic,
I receive a message that I have a problem and they will fix it. One likes Notepad.exe%1
and the other likes (regedit,exe"%1") and ("%1"/s). Both want to change two entries.
I do not know who is right.
Spybot Teatimer alerts me to a change and asks to accept or deny. I tried both and
do not notice any difference. Since I am using Win 98SE, am I right that you recommend
not using Notepad.exe%1?
