If you can boot back to DOS (booting 98 in DOS mode might work), you can copy c:\windows\system.dat
& c:\windows\user.dat (your registry) to another folder and then let those other
programs delete what they want. Test your system for awhile and if you have problems,
copy them back. BUT FIRST, make sure you can copy those files back over the ones
in c:\windows\, just in case.
