Yes you can email them. I set up a web based email client sometime ago for that very 
reason.
I use www.myway.com (simple setup, no spam,popups or ads).
I send my files/folders as an attachment, and limit their size to about one meg. 
I usually zip them to avoid the hassle about sending files with an .exe extension..
