I'm trying to help a friend who still runs on Win98 with a problem. When rebooting
the pc, I get this Microsoft Assistant error message. I've tried removing and reinstalling
Microsoft Office 2000, but the problem still exist. All applications in Office open
fine except for Word. If attempt to open a Word document the pc freezes. So you
then have to reset the pc. Anyone have an idea?
