Thank you for your advice. I was never able to find the free program ChangeUserInfo, so in the end I was not able to wipe out all traces of the original owners of the Windows Office software. I finally gave up, and re-formatted the hard disk and installed Linux (with OpenOffice and other apps) on each machine. I used Damn Small Linux for the lowest end PCs, and Puppy Linux for the more powerful ones. Thanks again for your feedback.
