Well Karla the first thing I would do is a full virus check with an updated virus
checker. Then I would do a spyware check to make sure there are no unwanted programs
running in the background.
Then I would restart the computer and once its started up close down everything so
you can see your desktop and press Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up Task Manager so you can
see what is running in the background. Write these filename in a text file and post
them back in here. I bet you have 10-15 names in the Task list.
How much memory does your computer have? Just right-click on My Computer and read
the bottom line RAM.
