If the OP was using Incredimail, the OE store won't be used.  Incredimail uses it's 
own proprietary format and it won't convert back into the OE storage or email format 
(unless they have added that option lately), and you can't use the common OE copy 
and import, or export/import procedures.  I haven't messed with Incredimail for several 
years but there is a completely different procedure for working with Incredimail. 
 I've avoided it like the plaque due to problems my wife was having with it.  Was 
a big pain to move and restore from one machine to another.  The OP needs to contact 
Incredimail for backup/restore procedures and moving their subscription from one 
machine to another.  It didn't used to be very easy.  Don't know about now..  Need 
to make sure Incredimail, works on Vista too.
