Back up these files first, just in case, but I think you can delete the *.rdb and 
*.ldb files from .\Windows\Internet Logs to clear Zone Alarm.

Note that all of your settings will be lost. Programs are no big deal, as it practically 
teaches itself, but note any "trusted network adapters" and whether you have the 
"mailsafe" box checked before doing this.
