If you are talking about JavaScript[1]
(properly written as all one word--in CamelCase
--and which has NOTHING to to do with Java), 
cache of http://www.crockford.com/javascript/javascript.html
then reinstall your browser.

If you are running a browser from Mozilla (as you SHOULD be[2]),
make sure the NoScript extension (or PrefBar) isn't killing this.


If you are taking about a Java Virtual Machine (aka Java Runtime Environment,
you get that from Sun Microsystems.

[1] The Webmaster's brain-dead script checking won't allow you to spell it properly
