Might be worth going into Control Panel>add remove programs to see If Norton has
a repair feature. You'll have to clik on it like you are trying to uninstall it to
see the Options available. Just click cancell if there is no Repair feature to choose
from.
Otherwise, the link I sent you seems to have some suggestions. Or, you can go to
Norton website for support with their Software.
FYI, Norton/Symantec has a reputation for causing problems that can be difficult
to resolve. I don't know why you are running their software, but in my experience,
there is better freeware available on the Web that will do a better job of protecting
your Computer and cost you nothing.
