Soundman.exe, from what I can find, is made for RealTek sound chips.
Unfortunately, there are 1 or 2 or 3 other products with the same name and some unfounded
suspicions that it is spyware.
No one seems to have soundman.exe available as a separate download.
The last comment matches Steve's advice. So if you can't find the CD that came with
the motherboard and reinstall the sound then you will have to look for the manufacturer
of the board on the internet and download the drivers.
