On my desktop is constantly showing a tmp message saying I need a new version of Windows; I KNOW THAT, but cannot afford one right now. How can I delete this desktop message appearance? I have to enter at least 10 times to get it to disappear, but it comes back. I've hit find and entered tmp, then deleted all tmp files, but the message keeps coming back. This is very annoying. What to do? :-@
