Well If Windows won't delete this file because of its unusual extension then you
start your computer up in DOS mode and delete it from there. Keep the Ctrl
key pressed while the computer is starting up then select Command Prompt Only,
then find the file.
Make a note of its exact location because DOS doesn't recognise long filenames. Once
you find the exact directory just do a search with something like
dir *.ur?
That should list all files with a .ur extension. Once you see that file listed then
del filename as its shown

If it has a Windows filename then it will have a DOS filename. It will be a lot shorter
because DOS only uses 8 characters plus 3 for the extension. You will have to check
the properties of the file just incase it as been made Hidden or System
