Display Properties page problem

Yesterday I clicked Start > Settings > Control Panel. On the "Control Panel" page
I clicked the "Display" icon. On the "Display Properies" page I clicked the "Effects"
tab and checked the ""Use large icons" box. This made the icons larger than I want,
but I can't change them back.
The problem is now the "Display Properties" page fills the screen from top to bottom,
and I can't see the "OK", "Cancel", and "Apply" buttons at the bottom of the page.
Same with all the other tabs on the "Display Properties" page. I can no longer see
"OK", "Cancel" and "Apply" at the page bottom.
I lowered the tool bar at the bottom of the screen as far as it will go and raised
the "Display Properties" page as high as it will go, but still can't see "OK", "Cancel"
and "Apply" at the bottom of the page.
Is there any way to shrink the "Display Properties" page so I can access "OK", "Cancel"
and "Apply" at the page bottom?
