If there are to many to see in one to type Dir /p which is a Pause switch.
When the screen fills just press a key to let it file again. When you see the WINDOWS
|< DIR > or PROGRA~1 < DIR > look at the date |when created. Mine was done a month
|ago 30/11/08.
|If its more that a year then do a rebuild, you will be |supprised of the difference.
|I'm presuming you have the Win98SE CD?
I checked both the Windows Dir and the Progra~1 and the date is 2-28-04
I'm pretty sure that I did a "dirty reinstall since then.
I assume you mean "rebuild" as in a reinstall?
I have tried to access the D: drive through the command prompt by typing in D: Enter
and it's telling me that drive in not available.
Any tips on a reinstall?
Or maybe I can fix a damaged file manually?
Thanks
