It sounds like you have *never* seen Windows running on this unit.  True?

and WRITE DOWN THE EXACT ERROR MESSAGES YOU GET.

Again EXACT error messages are useful.

It wants you to reinstall Windows.  See *never* (above).

|and then i tried new hardware it gives me the same error but with rundll32!

You could waste a lot of your time AND OURS monkeying around with this
AND STILL NOT GET IT FIXED
**or** you could go ahead and reinstall Windows as it requested.

...of course, you have all of your DATA backed up to external media
so this should be no problem.
