Thats no problem download a WinME boot disk from BootDisk then you can do a format and a fresh install. The only slight problem you may have is if you don't have the drivers for your additional hardware e.g. sound card, graphics card, printer etc but these are available of the web. Its always better to do a fresh install never try a re-install it can cause more problems that it corrects.
