Well you can get Shell32.dll of the Win98 CD. Just use WinZip to open each *.cab 
file and search for it.

I bet you don't have the Win98 CD do you. What you could do is a search for Shell32.dll 
on your drive. Open Windows Explorer and press F3 to search. You might find it in 
C:\Windows\Sysbackup folder as a spare. If you find it just copy and paste it back 
into your Windows\System folder.

If that fails then you you do a web search for this file to download you will need 
the Win98 version as they are all different on different operating systems.
