Hi guys,

My msdrv error is gone now that I've reloaded windows, but I'm still unable to get
on the Internet. Here is what I've tested:

The cable people can see my modem, but not my network card.
I’ve physically, (and from device manager) removed my network card and reinstalled.
I’ve pinged the loopback address to test the NIC (10ms okay)
I’ve pinged my IP address (10ms okay)
I can’t ping my DNS because it is disabled. (That is at the request of the cable
people)

The cable people are now saying that the Internet won’t work because I have low system
resources (54%)

Is this true, and how can I bring that up to the 85% that they want?

Thanks
Brad
