A) You can't get just that function; you must replace the entire library file.
B) Yahoo is unimportant to the issue; that is an Internet Exploder file.
Things you need to do:
1) If you delete files by hand, STOP THAT.
2) Learn how to use your computer without getting infected.
To repair this:
3) Update your virus killer then run it. Chances are, you are infected.
4) Reinstall the latest version of Internet Exploder.

After that:
5) Download and install Opera or Firefox
and STOP USING INTERNET EXPLORER as a browser.
