re: REGENV32.EXE seems to get corrupted.

I had a problem shutting down my WinME, it used to give me that error about regenv32.exe
and the only way I was able to solve it is by formating my C: drive using the "format
c:/u" command and resetting the defaults in CMOS. I tried every possible way to replace
that file but nothing seemed to fix it.
