Hi Mac, thank you for your response. I'm don't know very much about computers, so
hopefully you won't mind answering a couple more questions:) I'm not sure how to
re-install NAV once I have uninstalled because I don't have the original software
and I purchase updates online. Also, I'm not sure what you meant by "remove _RESTORE
from the excluded (from scanning)
>files list". If you would explain this I would really appreciate it. It's my sister's
computer (and it's a mess!) I'm not sure if she's using a firewall, but I will look
