Hello Michele, My apologies for the error, If you will accept some advice then I
would remove NAV altogether so as to save the purchase cost, and use AVG Free Edition,
as I do, having given up with NAV & NIS some years ago. I also use Zone Alarm Free
edition, and both work well on this ME computer with no problems to date. (About
two years usage.)
Your sister's computer will run better and the scan time is faster too. I also do
an on-line scan, if I suspect that there is a problem, as you cannot guarantee that
you have the definitions for the latest virus before the virus attacks you.
