Thanks for the response Jack. I had no problem updating NAV and I have done the
housecall scan as well, as I was also worried about some kind of virus. The reason
I thought it was related to Spybot S&D was because the error message appeared just
minutes after removing the problems found by Search & Destroy. I really need to
know now about uninstalling and reinstalling Norton to get the email scanning function
enabled again.
