Hello Michčle, Does this mean that there is no entry for the NAV installation in
Add-Remove programs?
One thing you can find on the Norton Symantec site is an uninstaller called Symclean,
and they also have some uninstallers specific to the year of the product.
Somehow I had the feeling that your sister would not agree!
I just re-install if there is too much damage to the system, fully update everything
and make an image of the drive on CDRs to restore from. That way you can just format
and restore in about an hour.
It is advice I took a long time ago and is definitely the best way, as it saves hours/days
of work.
