or you can click on your about or info tab on the norton main screen, look for the
installation code or product key, under it should be a date saying when the sevices
expire, if they are still up to date, write down or make a printout of it, (activation
key) and try to uninstall it using thier online help about how to do this, then going
to thier web page, downloading a "trial version" and entering the product key from
your uninstalled version and see if that helps, the trial version last for about
14 days and its a full trial to give you some time to further investigate it if it
doesnt, the trial version should pick up your activation code (if its still up to
date) giving you a fresh reinstall of nav.
