Put the floppy disk into Drive A and restart the computer. When the DOS screen comes up, select: Start with CD Rom Support Let it run thru its files. When it stops at A:/ Type C:/ and hit enter At the C:/ prompt..Type: SCANDISK/ALL and hit enter If it finds corrupted files and can fix them...choose FIX Hopefully that will solve the problem. If not you'll need to do a PARTIAL RECOVERY using your Windows ME INstallation CD or RECOVERY CD. Hope this helps!
