Windows problem

Hello, A little bit ago I started having some problems. First of all, when I'm exploring
the HD, whenever I click on a folder, it displays the "open with" window that displays
a bunch of programs. Another thing is that I can't create new folders anymore, not
even by right clicking on the desktop. These problems appeared ever some time ago,
I have ad-aware and I do scan ever weekend, so Spyware is not the cause. I think
it might have to do with the driver I installed for my video card,(geforce 2 mx 400)
but I've tried messing with it to no avail. I think I'll download an older version
and see if it helps. Any help much appreciated
