iexplore search bar

Whenever I open Internet Explorer, I get a search bar across the bottom of the screen
(it has the following links: Make Money, Music, Casino, Investing, Travel, Mortgage;
6 drop-down menus and a search field). The font is so big that the 'x' to close
it is off the screen. It stays even if I close Internet Explorer and the only way
to get rid of it is to hold down ctrl-alt-delete, click on 'Iexplore' and then 'end
task'. If anyone knows how to get rid of this I would appreciate it!
