C drive can not be accessed with Explorer

Evening everyone. I surely hope someone can help me! Here's the deal. My C drive
is there and my stuff is still on it. If I'm in AOL I can still FIND PICTURES and
retrieve images from the C drive. My saved games are still there. But I can't go
to MY COMPUTER or MY DOCUMENTS and find anything. System just sits there doing nothing.
PLEASE HELP!
