is the cancel and ignore in a big white box?
you can try this, search for layout.inf,layout1.inf & layout2.inf.
rename them to some thing like layoutold.inf. dont change the
name too much because if the problem does reoccur you will want
to rename them to the original names. if it doesnt work at first, try
a reboot. then see if the problem reoccurs.
