re: system restore has gone and left me Monday, February 28, 2005 at 11:12 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by brian (497 messages posted) go to windows,system,restore,click on RSTRUI.EXE, see what you get, statemgr could have been removed from the proper run key in the registry, if the restore components are still there you could put it back in. but see what you get first from double clicking RSTRUI.EXE. what do i know? i doubt an update removed statemgr entry. more probably a registry cleaner or some program you ran.
