It is a modem/router/firewall and should have come with a manual. If they didn't
send you one, you can find them online. It usually has log-in info and if it is
corrupted or something is wrong, you won't be able to get online. www.dslreports.com
usually has a lot of info on different brands and models of modems and modem/routers
like the Westell 2200. Verizon probably has customized it so no way to tell what
options you have on it but you should be able to log in to it if you have the manual
