Is it an outgoing alert, when you try to sign in to an acct., or what are you doing when you get the alert? HTTPS (TCP:443) is the port used for "secure web browser communication." It allows access to Secure websites, like logging in to your Bank acct., Hotmail, etc. Here's a link to an Outpost forum, which may be of help.
